Waiʻanae Eat Local Challenge

Participate in our month-long Waiʻanae Eat Local Challenge every February at our farmers market locations!

Come to Mākeke Waiʻanae and Mākeke ʻIke to enjoy free cooking demonstrations, food samples, agricultural workshops, entertainment, and activities for the keiki. People can also fill out a stamp card for a chance to win a grand prize.

Each year’s event highlights a specific food. Together let’s eat local, support farmers, and embrace sustainable food practices.
