West Oʻahu Produce Prescription Program

Our West Oʻahu Produce Prescription Program provides eligible adults with a $150 monthly mākeke voucher for 12 months.

Participants can use the voucher to purchase fruits, vegetables, and poi at our two farmers’ market locations. During the program, participants also complete health assessments and surveys and attend community workshops. Patient health data is tracked to see how participants’ diet affects their overall health.
